Right now, there aren’t many finished homes on the market. Buyers want properties that are thoughtfully designed and well-built, whether they’re apartments, villas, or townhouses. At the same time, the Algarve remains very affordable compared to other European destinations, which makes it even more appealing.

Upcoming Developments in the Algarve

Looking ahead, we are excited to unveil a major project in Ferragudo, where we are developing 30 townhouses. Each townhouse will be 181 m² with a 91 m² basement, located just 4 minutes from the sea. Building is expected to start in Q2 2026.

Ferragudo is particularly exciting because there’s strong demand from Dutch buyers, yet very few properties available. Our project will fill a real gap in the market and offer modern, well-built homes in a prime Algarve location.

These new developments, officially launching at the end of the year, reflect our commitment to meeting the needs of international buyers looking for quality, affordable properties in the Algarve.
